Octiv’s Add BCC feature allows users to send a copy of an Octiv document email directly to any additional email address, such as a billing contact within your company. Adding a BCC recipient can be done on case-by-case basis or a user may choose to add a default BCC contact on the Email tab of their user profile.

Follow these steps to Add BCC to an Octiv email:

  1. In the document build view, click the People tab
  2. Click the Send Email button
  3. In the Send Email modal, click +BCC next to the Recipients field
  4. Enter the BCC email address. If a default BCC address has been added to your user profile, the address will automatically populate the BCC field
