The Octiv platform can be seamlessly integrated with online form builders designed to allow you to capture data. The Formstack integration is designed to allow you to use online forms to capture data with Octiv documents throughout the entire sales process.

Key Capabilities:

  • Generate a document
    Generate a custom sales document quickly and easily by filling out a Formstack form. The data captured in the online form dynamically shows and hides pages/sections of a sales document
  • Embed a form
    Quickly search for and drag-and-drop pre-made forms into the body of your documents without having to leave Octiv
  • Collect information after signature
    Route signers to complete additional forms as part of the sales process; a powerful file uploader allows customers to upload documents or files as part of the signing process
  • Automate data collection process
    Uploaded files and collected data can be exported to Excel, Word, or Google Docs for further analysis, or automatically sent via Formstack’s API to other databases such as payment processors, CRMs, accounting or other back office systems
