How do I install/enable Octiv for Cirrus Insight?

  1. Your Cirrus Insight admin should go to the Cirrus Insight Inbox Application Gallery
  2. App installation happens from the Gallery, provided the app is already installed in your Salesforce org. If your Salesforce admin selects to install an app that is not already in your Salesforce org then a notification will be sent to that Inbox App partner for follow-up with your Salesforce admin.

How do I use Octiv for Cirrus Insight?

There are a number of ways that Octiv integrates with Cirrus Insight:

Octiv Tab

  1. Select the Octiv tab from the navigation bar for the opportunity
  2. This will open up the Octiv application

Related List Tab

  1. Select the Related List tab from the navigation bar on the Salesforce record you’re working from
  2. Click Octiv Documents
  3. This will show all records for Octiv Documents that have been created from that record

Create a New Document

Option 1:

  1. On a Contact, Lead, Opportunity, or other Object where you have Octiv Documents enabled in Salesforce, click the Cirrus Insight dropdown toggle in the upper right-hand corner
  2. Select New DocumentThis will open up a new Octiv document.

Option 2:

  1. Select the Related List tab from the navigation bar on the opportunity
  2. Click Octiv Documents
  3. At the bottom of the page, you can click New Octiv Document to create a new document
