After you create and publish a document, you’ll want to send it on its merry way. Follow these steps to send your published document to whomever you want:
- From the document you want to send, click People.
- If the recipient you want is not in your People list, use the Add People button.
- When everybody’s accounted for, click the Send Email button.
- From the pop-up window that appears, select the recipients.
- Click Send.
