After you create and publish a document, you’ll want to send it on its merry way. Follow these steps to send your published document to whomever you want:

  1. From the document you want to send, click People.
  2. If the recipient you want is not in your People list, use the Add People button.
  3. When everybody’s accounted for, click the Send Email button.
  4. From the pop-up window that appears, select the recipients.
  5. Click Send.
