About the Release

As part of the Octiv Winter ’17 Release we plan to deliver the following updates and enhancements to customers. Please review the Release Notes and Release Resources below for more information. Please note: These release notes do not contain bug fixes.

Rollout Details

Tuesday, September 12, 2017:
All customers will receive product updates on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. There will be no downtime for the platform or documents during rollout.
Please note: release dates are subject to change.

How and when updates become available.
Some features in the release affect all users immediately after the release goes live. Other features require direct action by an administrator before users can benefit from the new functionality.
Please note: Customers will receive updates based on your current purchased plan.

New Task Widget on Dashboard

Users will now more easily be able to manage their own tasks as well as those of their direct reports. You can toggle between the two lists on your dashboard.

Create a new version of a published document or TEMPLATE without having to share a new link.

Landscape PDF Background

You can now add design and branding elements to the PDF output of your documents by including a PDF background image. In the Theme Builder, simply upload an image to use for specific pages of your document.

Upload Signed Documents to Octiv

Octiv now supports the ability to upload a signed PDF copy of a document and manually mark the document as completed within the application. Once complete, the document status is updated to Accepted and the uploaded file is associated to the Download Document option.
