The Octiv Spring 2017 Release is now live! With more than 20 new and improved features, organizations can now create, share, sign and store documents with more speed and control.
First Look at the Spring 2017 Release
The Spring 2017 Release includes a number of enhancements that address challenges for companies of all shapes and sizes. Below are three can’t-miss enhancements:
1. Next-Generation Document Creation
Setting up variables to customize documents can be a challenge if it’s impossible to preview changes. With the Spring 2017 Release, Octiv delivers an innovative way for template managers to build, test and set up dynamic document templates. Template managers can now simply connect templates to a test Salesforce opportunity to check if variable data or dynamic content is correctly populated, reducing errors in template creation. With the ability to test dynamic logic and data, Octiv becomes the first productivity platform to offer this enterprise document generation capability.
2. Powerful Real-Time Collaboration Tools
With the Spring 2017 Release, Octiv is rolling out Annotations, making it easier to view, edit and collaborate on PDFs and documents online. Octiv allows users to highlight, strikethrough, comment and add shapes, text, images and more to PDFs. Marking up documents, making edits and collaborating with others has never been easier.
3. New Enterprise Content Management Capabilities to Maintain Control
Octiv now provides a platform that ensures all selling materials are on-brand, compliant, up-to-date and fully accessible. The latest release gives content managers a central location to manage content updates, and offers users the ability to browse and select files and folders from leading cloud-based storage services. We’ve expanded the number of integrations to include Alfresco, Citrix ShareFile, HubSpot Files, Azure Storage, Jive, Egnyte and more.
The Spring 2017 Release is one of three quarterly product releases planned for 2017 to update the Octiv platform. For more information about the Octiv platform, please visit octiv.com/platform.
